We had been planning to try and get into the French Laundry a couple of months ago, but had to ditch those plans when my cancer decided to spread. The restrictive diet ends in 2-3 weeks. Yay!

It’s like watching a show on the Food Network, love it! It’s one of my great foodie dreams to dine at Keller’s French Laundry one day. Glad you’re able to enjoy your food on such a restricted diet. Hopefully, you won’t have to do it for long!

Thanks and good job on providing guidance on making nice meals with Sous Vide for folks on neutropenic diets. We struggled with cooking palatable meats 12 years ago and information was indeed scarce. See you soon on Bonaire.
