		<description><![CDATA[You missed the best part! I use all the leftover veggies - creamed spinach, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus. It isn&#039;t really a dip at this point but more like a casserole. 

I&#039;ve also discovered that if you are in a rush, you can pop the dish in the microwave, covered until hot, maybe 5-10 minutes. Then brown it under the broil for 5 minutes or so.]]></description>
